Discover our collection of pastries and let yourself be transported on a journey of flavors.

Each creation is an invitation to a gourmet escape.

Each individual creation is made in limited quantities, with the greatest care.
Same-day reservations are not possible. Our menu is gradually taking on the colors of autumn, allowing the warm flavors of the season to enter our creations. Individual pastries:
reservations are possible 48 hours in advance.

Availability
Our pastries are made every morning in our laboratory, with the care and time necessary for their preparation.
Therefore, not all of our creations are always available when the store opens.
To ensure you find your favorite pastry, we strongly recommend ordering in advance.

📅 Group Orders : Orders must be booked in advance, at least 72 hours in advance. We recommend ordering directly in store. You can also order by phone at 04 91 89 20 17 (credit card payment via mail order), but we may not be able to answer during peak hours.

Saint-Martin-de-Ré Tartlet

 

A refined tartlet filled with Madagascar vanilla cream and sprinkled with caramelized hazelnuts. At its heart, a smooth salted butter caramel with fleur de sel from Île de Ré, enhanced by the richness of Échiré French butter. An elegant tribute to the flavors of Charente-Maritime.
