Échiré butter – a story of taste, tradition and memories
Using this exceptional French butter in my pastries is more than a choice of ingredient — it is a tribute to Charente-Maritime, where I grew up from the age of six, and a way to share authentic French flavors with you.
This Échiré butter is the same one my grandmother spread on delicious toast for my afternoon snack, the same butter that flavored the galette charentaise we loved so much. It evokes family trips through the village of Beurlay, where the comforting smell of fresh butter always floated in the air.
Through my creations in Marseille, just steps from the Old Port, I invite you to discover a taste of French tradition and the elegance of haute pâtisserie — where childhood memories meet the refinement of the French Touch.
