About us
La Pâtisserie des Marseillais
Just steps from the Old Port, the Pâtisserie des Marseillais celebrates the art of haute pâtisserie with rigor and passion. Here, each creation is an ode to authentic flavors, enhanced by exceptional ingredients: vanilla from Madagascar and Tahiti , grand cru chocolate, Échiré AOP Charentes-Poitou butter, French Label Rouge flour without additives, fleur de sel from the Île de Ré.
Pascal Guglielmi, heir to a family tradition and trained at the Bellouet Conseil school alongside Jean-Michel Perruchon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, infuses his pastries with a touch of elegance and emotion. Throughout the seasons, he creates refined creations, where excellent flavors meet harmonious textures.

adoption!
"Born in Bordeaux, I spent a long period of my childhood in Charente-Maritime before becoming a Marseillais by adoption!"
Échiré butter, a story of taste and memories
Using this exceptional butter in my pastries is much more than just a simple choice of ingredient. It's a tribute to Charente-Maritime, where I grew up from the age of six, and a way to share with you the flavors of my childhood.
This butter is the same as the delicious toast my grandmother used to make for me as a snack, the same butter that flavored the Charentaise pancake we enjoyed so much. It also reminds me of those family trips through the village of Beurlay, where the comforting smell of fresh butter always hung in the air.
Through my creations, I invite you to savor a little of this taste memory, between tradition and emotion.
Pascal Guglielmi
